What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer free returns within the first 60 days from the day your order is delivered. To initiate a return please use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page and we'd be happy to help!
Return Policy Details
Items can be returned if a request for return is made during the 60-day trial period.
Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are not able to provide return labels for orders placed to Canada & Europe. Return labels must be purchased at the customer's expense.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned and are ineligible for refunds after the order has shipped.

Is there a warranty for Colarde products?
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers the majority of our products. Products covered by our Lifetime Guarantee are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for the life of the products. Normal wear and tear are not covered, but we'll send you a replacement or fix your product if you experience issues caused by a manufacturing defect. Accidental damage caused by improper use, storage, or damage caused by a failure to follow our usage guidelines is not covered.
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover some products, including consumable products and our Nonstick Cookware line. These products are not meant to last a lifetime and should be replaced based on the inevitable wear and tear of the product.
