Where is my order?
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If you'd like to keep an eye on where your package is, use the tracking link in that email. Please note that your order may have shipped in more than one package.

Where is my order shipping from?
We ship all orders to the U.S. from our warehouse facility located in Kentucky.
Where does Colarde ship to?
We ship orders United States, Australia,Canada and Europe.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for customers in the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more after any discount codes are applied.
We do not offer free shipping for customers in Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska are $20 for orders under $150 and $35 for orders above $150.
What courier is used for standard shipping?
For our standard shipping option, we utilize FedEx and USPS. We also offer expedited shipping options which can be seen at check-out. Please note that orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Is Colarde experiencing any shipping delays?
On our end Colarde is experiencing very few delays in shipping times as we are seeing most orders being shipped out within 1 to 2 days of being placed. However, sporadic delays are always possible with shipping couriers.
That said, we can assure you that no matter what, we are always working as hard as we can to get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible.
How long does it usually take for orders to be delivered?
We currently have an estimated delivery timeline of 7 - 12 business days after initial processing using our standard shipping option.
How does my tracking information work?
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, you'll receive a shipping email that contains a tracking number that you can use to track the package. The carrier will often give you an estimate of when your package will arrive, but these are not guaranteed and the estimated dates change frequently. Carriers have continued to experience widespread delays due to a high volume of packages. If your item does not arrive on its estimated date of arrival, please rest assured that it should arrive soon!
